Nick Simone Appointed to Metrolinx Board of Directors

Toronto, Ontario – 2/7/2025 – Metrolinx has welcomed Nick Simone as a newly appointed member of its Board of Directors. With a distinguished career spanning finance, business strategy, and public service, Simone brings a wealth of expertise to the board as it undertakes the largest subway expansion in Canadian history and continues to improve transit infrastructure across the Greater Golden Horseshoe.

Simone currently serves as President and CEO of Pace Law Firm, a leading legal services provider with over 160 legal professionals across Ontario. Pace Law has been serving clients since 1981, providing comprehensive legal support across corporate commercial law, real estate, wills and estates, personal injury, immigration, and litigation. He is also the CEO of Pace Global Advantage (PGA), a business advisory firm supporting international companies entering the North American market. Founded in 2011 to provide business facilitation support to Pace Immigration, PGA has since expanded its services to assist international businesses and individuals looking to establish a presence in North America. Under Simone’s leadership, PGA has grown into a key player in global business advisory services, leveraging his extensive experience across financial services, real estate, and consulting.  He is also the President of Micari Consulting, a firm specializing in strategic growth planning, business evaluation, and development, with a focus on international markets.

Beyond his corporate achievements, Simone has demonstrated a deep commitment to public service and philanthropy. He serves as Chair of the Humber River Health Foundation Board. His passion for infrastructure, innovation, and community development aligns with Metrolinx’s mission to enhance public transit and support regional growth.
