The Canadian Mortgage Summit

November 24, 2022

Pace Law Firm is always looking to expand our business and elevate it to the next level. On Thursday November 24th, Pace Law Firm attended the Canadian Mortgage Summit (CMS) to hear from the industry’s top mortgage brokers, lenders and solution providers.

The Canadian Mortgage Summit is the top conference for developing one’s career and arming oneself with the strategies needed to start a prosperous business.

The Canadian Mortgage Summit is a free event for attendees and featured a variety of sessions led by leading experts and trailblazers in the field. The goal of these discussions was to provide mortgage professionals with the information they need to conduct a successful increase in business in 2023. The Canadian Mortgage Summit, powered by CMP, was held at the International Centre in Mississauga, Ontario.

As 2022 draws to a close, the Canadian Mortgages Summit helped prepare attendees and businesses for 2023 and gave updates on the lender product offerings, efficiency, and best practices, as well as insight into what brokers care about most. The largest lenders in Canada talked about some crucial issues that will have an impact on the mortgage market in 2023.

At Pace Law Firm, we are proud to have attended and been a sponsor of this year’s CMS where we discovered fresh perspectives in 9 distinct summit sessions; Lenders Panel (a look ahead to 2023), Broker Think Tank – How to Scale to the Next Level, Marketing to Five Generations, The Shifting Role Technology is Playing with Brokers, Lenders, and Borrowers, Industry Panel, Digitized brokerages are here, and they are coming for your clients, Lenders Panel (Break out of the Box), Broker Think Tank – How to Find the Needle in the Haystack, What Matters Most to Brokers.

Top brokers in the nation talked about stepping outside their comfort zones in uncertain and trying times, especially following the Covid-19 pandemic which took a toll on many businesses. Along with many other companies, Pace Law Firm learned important lessons from the panellists on how to modify their suggestions and tactics to best fit our company model to ensure greater growth and prosperity in the coming years.
