We were very happy and satisfied with our Pace experience regarding our MVA claim.

Pace made sure from the beginning we had a clear understanding of how the entire process works, walking us through it, first at a high level, and then in more detail as our claim unfolded. They were very patient in answering our many questions (many times over, I am sure) and making sure we were comfortable with our choices at each decision point.

We strongly feel we got all the information we possibly could, including the scenarios that may or may not happen. Having those what-if? conditions available to us too, led us to feel we were able to make the best possible decisions for us.

A special shout-out to Alex Voudouris, who did an incredible job managing our expectations, coaching us with his experience and his expertise, helping us to come to choices we felt were “ours” while also making sure we were not selling ourselves short.

Overall, Pace made sure we felt comfortable and confident at each step during a long (and at times frustrating) case. Their professionalism and empathetic ways made a very difficult chapter of our lives a whole lot easier.
