I just had the pleasure to speak with Esmond Clarke (apologies if I misspelt his name). In my line of work, I had never had someone speak to me with such kindness and humility. I’m very much used to being passed along to the clerk on file, or talked down to, and I felt nothing less than respected and heard from this wonderful professional. I believe not to wait to recognize great interactions and this was one of them. A class act, truly.
