I would like to thank you for your advice regarding the medical and IRB settlement. I met with Patricia this morning to sign off on the paperwork.

Coming from a retail management environment, I am customer service oriented. I also believe in recognition as so many wonderful people are typically humble and fly under the radar, or do not receive the accolades they deserve.

Patricia Edwards, is an example of a professional who is dedicated to her job, devoted to her clients, and gives her heart to those in need of help. I have been fortunate to have had her on my side throughout this difficult time. She has been there for me, put up with me, and stood up for me with persistence, professionalism, and kindness.

It is rare to find someone who has a heart as large as hers, with the skills and devotion to her job and clients. Words cannot truly express how thankful I am to her for everything she has done for me. Her dedication and hard work are evident to me; I thought I would share my feelings with you.
