Zoya Shwec is an Articling Student at Pace Law Firm and a licensed Title Attorney (notary) in Quebec. She holds a Bachelor of Laws, Juris Doctor, and Master of Laws from Université de Montréal, as well as a certificate from Harvard Law School.

Zoya’s legal experience includes real estate law, wills and estates, and corporate matters. She previously worked at LexisNexis, where she contributed to legal research and helped support the development of responsible AI tools for the legal industry. Throughout her career, Zoya has demonstrated a strong commitment to accuracy, collaboration, and thoughtful support for clients and colleagues.

Outside of her legal work, Zoya is actively involved in her community. She serves on the boards of the Ukrainian Canadian Bar Association and the Ukrainian Canadian Congress, Québec Provincial Council, and has volunteered with organizations supporting hospital programs, women’s shelters, Canadian war veterans, and children affected by the war in Ukraine.

Fluent in English, French, and Ukrainian, Zoya brings strong communication skills, a diverse legal background, and a client-centered approach to her role at Pace Law Firm.
