Vishal joins Pace Law as an experienced family lawyer with a background in litigation. He successfully blends strong negotiation skills with a wealth of courtroom expertise as well as formal training and experience in alternative dispute resolution methods. Vishal makes every effort to resolve family problems in the most efficient, constructive and timely manner available using out of court arrangements where possible and resorting to court where necessary.

Vishal graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in International Relations and completed his studies at the University of Ottawa where he attained his Bachelor of Laws degree (L.L.B) in 2002.  He was called to the bar in 2003.

Vishal has extensive experience in dealing with divorce matters, parenting issues, child support, spousal support, division of property and equalization.  In addition, he has significant knowledge and expertise in addressing the issues raised by family violence.  He has appeared in both the Ontario Court of Justice and the Superior Court of Justice in locations across Southern Ontario.
