I’m a real estate lawyer and co-founder of Rathore Baig Professional Corporation, a real estate law office operating in association with Pace Law.

I’m also the co-founder and Broker of Record at RE/MAX Metropolis Realty, where I oversee more than 300 agents.

I began my real estate career in 2006, at age 18, and have practiced law for more than ten years.Having also worked as a mortgage agent, I bring experience across real estate sales, law and financing.That background informs how I assess a transaction—not only what is happening now, but where complications could arise later.

My strength is looking beyond the immediate issue. I work to identify risks my clients may not yet see, address potential problems early and negotiate practical solutions. When a challenge arises, I consider both how to resolve it and what consequences the solution could create.

For my clients, that means thinking beyond the price, the paperwork or the next signature. I weigh the practical trade-offs, explain the options and keep their broader interests in view. My focus is on protecting those interests while helping them move towards their goals.

For the agents I lead, I bring that same approach to brokerage leadership. My legal background and hands-on transaction experience inform how I help them assess challenges and navigate difficult decisions. I believe a brokerage should offer knowledgeable, accessible leadership that understands both the business of real estate and the responsibility behind every transaction.
I hold the FRI—Fellow of the Real Estate Institute—designation from the Real Estate Institute of Canada and am a recipient of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame award.

Approachability matters just as much to me as expertise. I make it a priority to be responsive, straightforward and easy to speak with, especially when a situation feels complicated. Clients and agents should feel comfortable asking questions, raising concerns and having an honest conversation about their options.
