Reshanna Ramnarine is a Legal Assistant with experience supporting commercial and residential real estate transactions, including purchases, sales, and mortgage matters. Her experience includes preparing transaction documentation, reviewing title and off-title searches, preparing reporting materials and requisition letters, coordinating title insurance, and assisting with client verification and file opening requirements.

Reshanna is currently completing her Bachelor of Business Administration at the Schulich School of Business at York University, specializing in Accounting and Finance. She is also a recipient of the Seymour Schulich BBA Entrance Scholarship.

Outside of her professional and academic work, Reshanna is actively involved in her community. After volunteering annually with the CIBC Run for the Cure, she has taken on a larger role as a committee member, helping support the organization and success of the annual event. She also volunteers with the Community Volunteer Income Tax Program through the Halton Peel CPA Association, assisting with client intake at a free tax clinic.

Reshanna brings strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment. She is committed to providing professional and efficient support to both clients and the legal team.
