Nikolay is responsible for “intakes”, obtaining initial information from a client, file management of accident benefit files, conducting mediations, assessing benefit entitlements, following up with adjusters, preparing reports, and much more. Nikolay independently manages approximately 50 to 80 files from initial intake to resolution. Nikolay makes himself available to assist his client’s 24 hours a day and seven days a week; whether it be to hand in a missing document or just to simply ask a question.
