Mallika Ghuman is a Lawyer at Pace Law Firm, where her practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, estate planning, and civil litigation. She holds a B.A. LL.B. (Honours) degree from UILS, Panjab University.

Mallika advises businesses, entrepreneurs, families, and organizations on a range of legal matters. Her multidisciplinary practice gives her a broad perspective on the ways in which legal, commercial, and personal considerations often intersect. She focuses on identifying risks early, protecting her clients’ long-term interests, and developing practical strategies tailored to their objectives.

In her litigation practice, Mallika assists clients with complex civil and commercial disputes. She also advises on corporate matters and estate planning, helping clients structure their affairs, navigate important transactions and decisions, and plan for the future with confidence.

Prior to joining Pace Law Firm, Mallika gained legal experience in both private practice and the Ontario Ministry of the Attorney General.

Beyond her legal practice, Mallika is actively involved in professional and community organizations through speaking engagements, board service, and leadership initiatives. She values building long-term relationships with clients and providing thoughtful, practical advice during moments that matter most.

In her spare time, Mallika enjoys travelling, baking, and reading.
