Mallika Ghuman is an accomplished Articling Student at Pace Law Firm. She holds a B.A. LL.B. (Honors) degree from UILS, Panjab University, and is currently completing her LSO licensing requirements.

Mallika has clerking experience in Family Law, Real Estate Law, Immigration Law, Refugee Law, and Wills and Estate. She has drafted submissions for the Federal Court, Superior Court of Justice, Ontario Court of Justice, Immigration Appeal Division, and the Refugee Appeal Division. Her experience ranges from Law Firms in Toronto to the Ministry of Attorney General.

Throughout her legal career, Mallika has consistently prioritized client satisfaction, delivering exceptional service with compassion and crafting client-centric strategies that consistently yield outcomes aligned with their best interests.

Beyond her professional roles, Mallika is actively involved in community services. She played a pivotal role in forming India’s first Virtual Legal Aid Cell and organized various other impactful welfare initiatives.

In her spare time, Mallika enjoys travelling, baking, and reading.
