Kirill Kompaniyets practices Employment law and Civil litigation with Pace Law. Kirill was called to the Ontario Bar in 2020. He received his JD from the University of Southampton and completed his articles with a leading employment law firm.

Kirill represents and advises both employees and employers in a wide range of employment law matters, including those related to hiring issues, employment agreements and restrictive covenants, wrongful and constructive dismissal, discrimination, and harassment in the workplace. He has experience advocating for clients in various legal forums including the Superior Court, Small Claims Court, the Ontario Labour Relations Board, the Human Rights Tribunal, and through other forms of alternative dispute resolution.

Kirill understands the importance of informed decision-making in legal matters and he is committed to providing his clients with a comprehensive understanding of their legal issues. He delivers strong representation, maintains responsive communication, and consistently adopts a thorough approach to delivering legal services that clients can rely on.
