Jermaine Bradley Sirjue is a lawyer at Pace Law Firm whose practice focuses on residential and commercial real estate, corporate transactions, and wills and powers of attorney. He assists clients with real estate purchases and sales, financing transactions, and other matters from the opening of a file through to closing.

Jermaine also has experience managing asset and share purchase and sale transactions, reviewing condominium status certificates, and providing practical legal advice when issues arise throughout a transaction. Before joining Pace Law Firm, he worked as an associate lawyer and as a title examination specialist, where he reviewed title insurance requests, resolved title issues, and prepared closing and registration documents for residential real estate and financing transactions.

Jermaine is committed to providing clear, practical guidance and helping clients navigate their legal matters with confidence. He holds a Master of Laws in Canadian Common Law from Osgoode Hall Law School and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Technology, Jamaica.

Outside of work, Jermaine enjoys exercising, playing soccer and volleyball, cooking, and travelling.
