Jasmine Companion is a Licensing Candidate with the Law Society of Ontario and has been working with Pace Law Firm’s Immigration practice since 2015. Jasmine has an Honours BA Degree from the University of Toronto and a LLB (Scots & English Law) with Merit from the University of Strathclyde Glasgow.

Jasmine works closely with Pace Law’s US and Canadian Immigration lawyers. She prepares and files legal documents with appropriate entities – primarily Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) and the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). She works on files related to corporate and individual clients in Canada, such as Spousal Sponsorships, Citizenship applications, Waivers, Labour Market Impact Assessments (LMIAs), Intra-company Transfers, NAFTA/CUSMA and other free trade agreement work permits. Jasmine primarily focuses on preparing and filing Green Card applications, Naturalization applications, e-SAFE applications, E-1/E-2 Treaty Trader, L-1 intra-company transfers, TN, and many other types of visa applications for US clients.

Jasmine’s approach to helping clients navigate the US and Canadian immigration process is unique. She provides a quality of service that is not only competent and efficient but also civil. Jasmine’s client-focused approach ensures that she addresses any concerns that may arise, and she continuously works and communicates with clients to meet their expectations.
