Emi joined Pace Law Firm as a Legal Assistant in 2025, where she gained valuable experience managing high-volume legal files, preparing professional correspondence and documentation, and communicating with clients in a professional and empathetic manner. Her strong understanding of the firm’s operations and commitment to exceptional service support her work in advancing organizational and business development initiatives.

Before joining Pace Law Firm, Emi worked in product development and innovation in Brazil. In this role, she supported senior leadership, coordinated cross-functional projects, and contributed to process improvements that strengthened operational efficiency.

Emi holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising and Marketing from Catholic Salesian College and a Postgraduate Certificate in Strategic Business and Service Management from Focus University in Brazil. She is fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese and has intermediate proficiency in French.
