Daniel graduated from Ivey and Western Law with Honours and got called to the bar in 2005 and is a Law Society of Ontario certified specialist in corporate and commercial law. Daniel is a corporate lawyer at Pace Law Firm, with knowledge and expertise in various aspects of clients’ business activities including complex business structures, corporate governance, franchising, leasing/financing, and dispute resolution. In his previous role at one of Canada’s leading commercial real estate and litigation boutique law firms, Daniel gained a diverse legal experience including corporate, commercial litigation, and real estate. Daniel has represented clients in precedent-setting franchise and corporate law cases, and continues to deliver innovative tactics to clients involved in legal proceedings.
