Carly Arnott is a Junior Real Estate Clerk, supporting residential real estate transactions with a practical, service-first approach. She works closely with clients throughout the file lifecycle, assisting with intake and retainer documentation, coordinating required materials, and handling timely follow-ups to keep transactions progressing smoothly.

In her current role, she also assists both Lawyers and Senior Real Estate Clerks with opening transactions, pulling parcels, requesting payouts and information statements, preparing postponements, and coordinating off-title searches and tax certificates where needed. She is proficient with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook and has gained experience working on Unity, Quintalink, Teranet and many other real estate programs throughout her years of experience.

Before joining Pace Law Firm, Carly was a Lead Junior Real Estate Law Clerk. She served as the main point of contact for a team of Junior Clerks, providing training, ongoing support, and day-to-day direction in a remote setting.

Carly built a strong foundation in administrative operations and client communication across mortgage services and customer relations roles, developing the organization, responsiveness, and attention to detail that are essential in deadline-driven environments.
