Aida Pasha is an experienced family lawyer who combines strategic advocacy with practical, client-focused solutions. With over fifteen years of experience, she represents clients in all aspects of family law, including separation and divorce, parenting disputes, support, property division, domestic contracts, child protection, and appeals.

As a lawyer with Pace Law Firm, Aida is known for her strategic advocacy, practical advice, and compassionate approach. She represents clients through negotiation, mediation, and litigation, appearing before the Ontario Court of Justice, the Superior Court of Justice, and the Court of Appeal for Ontario. While she is a skilled litigator, Aida’s background in mediation allows her to identify practical, child-focused solutions whenever possible.

Before joining Pace Law Firm, Aida successfully operated her own law practice for more than a decade and previously established and led the family law department of a general practice firm. Her broad experience enables her to guide clients through complex legal issues with confidence and clarity.

Aida is Chair of Access for Parents and Children in Ontario (APCO), a provincial organization dedicated to providing supervised parenting time services. She is also certified to prepare Voice of the Child Reports and has presented Continuing Professional Development programs for the Ontario Bar Association on supervised parenting issues.

A graduate of the University of Windsor Faculty of Law, Aida has received numerous awards recognizing her leadership, advocacy, and commitment to access to justice. She is fluent in English, Hindi, and Urdu, with working proficiency in Punjabi.
