They have a portal and app to use on your phone to access your file and communicate with everyone. The portal keeps you up to date on your file as it moves through their process, you can check on your file at any time yourself, and they are communicative at every step. They can work really fast when required and are also very organized and thoughtful about everything. In particular, Nicholas and Ashley are incredible. Nicholas as the lawyer is always available for questions and he is a very approachable and kind guy. He is able to explain things in a way for us non lawyers to understand and digest and in my experience is always considerate and clear with his clients. Nicholas is a pleasure to deal with. Ashley, the main law clerk is an absolute superstar. So much of your experience when closing a real estate transaction is down to the performance of the clerk in addition to the lawyer. Having closed several hundred mortgages I've seen all kinds of styles and processes from different firms and clerks and there is no one better than Ashley. She is always responsive and handles every client with the utmost care. She keeps the clients informed along the way and never leaves them wondering what's supposed to happen next. As a mortgage broker who likes to be there for my clients throughout the process and be there to help the law firm in any way I can, Ashley is also always very communicative with me and keeps me up to speed with the clients' permission. Ultimately the process is fantastic for both me and my clients and it's consistent from file to file. I worked with Michelle Arzaga and her assistant Jessica DaSilva because of a motorcycle accident. I was injured quite badly and required ongoing treatment for the injuries I sustained.
