Nicholas’ extensive background in real estate, business administration, and over 30 years of experience as a real estate lawyer denotes the drive and passion he has for his field of work. Nicholas achieved an Ontario Real Estate License, Bachelors of Commerce from McMaster University, Master of Business Administration from Kent State University, Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University, and a Bachelors of LLB equivalency from Osgood Hall Law School.

Nicholas is a results-driven in dealing with residential, condominium and commercial real estate matters using industry-leading technology to conduct remote (in-home) signing. Nicholas is a member of the Law Society of Ontario since 1995 and the Florida Bar 1990.
