Galyna began her legal career at Pace Law Firm as a law clerk, responsible for preparing court pleadings and requests in personal injury litigation. After completing her Master of Laws from Osgoode Hall Law School at York University, she joined us as a personal injury lawyer. She was called to the bar in 2023.

As an articling student, Galyna further developed her skills, drafting pleadings and settlement documents with a focus on insurance defence. She demonstrated the ability to conduct detailed reviews of case documents for effective settlements and involved direct communication with clients, courts and opposing counsel, aiding in indemnity and defence strategy. Her work covered various aspects of insurance defence, including professional liability and product liability.

Galyna’s educational background also includes her paralegal license and Master of Laws in Civil Law Studies.

Galyna is also fluent in Ukrainian and Russian and has working knowledge of French and Polish.

In addition to her legal career, Galyna enjoys cycling, maintaining an active lifestyle alongside her professional commitments.
