Edward joins Pace Law as an accomplished corporate/commercial lawyer and business leader. He brings experience from a law firm setting as well as having been an in-house counsel and a solo practitioner.

Edward graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Laws degree. He also has a (Hons) Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Toronto. Practising in Ontario and having practised in British Columbia, as well as having been an of-counsel to a Manhattan law firm, Edward has many years of legal experience, as well as over twenty-five years as an entrepreneur, business executive, and film and television producer.

Having acted as counsel for the purchase and sale of businesses, Edward has extensive legal experience with commercial contracts, private equity and venture capital deals, as well as with all types of business entities, formations, and structures. He has also provided entertainment law advice to all levels of television, film, and media companies, and for producers, directors, screenwriters, actors, and other artists.

Given his passion and dedication to excellence, Edward has been recognized for his achievements, particularly in the entertainment industry, with an Emmy nomination and other internationally recognized awards.
