Account Manager
Pace Law Firm is seeking a highly motivated Account Manager for the Pace North region. This job requires travel between Pace Law Firm offices in Collingwood, Owen Sound, and the surrounding area. Previous pharmaceutical experience would be a great asset.

This is a full-time contract position with flexible hours. The contract is for an initial period of 6 months with a strong possibility of extension. Here are some highlights about your potential job:
- Develop and maintain account relationships with referral sources to meet personal sales targets,
- Independently prospect for new referral sources within assigned territory,
- Develop new and ongoing business relationships with prospects, leads and clients as well as industry related stakeholders using a scheduled plan for customer contact,
- Participate in associations and organizations as deemed appropriate by management. Establishes and maintains a list of contacts based on experience, historic utilization, reputation, influence and personal judgment,
- Identify and maximize opportunity with existing customers, determining if there is potential to work with different teams, divisions, and branches etc. of their business,
- Follow up with previous referral sources with the goal of maintaining or reinitiating positive and mutually productive relationships,
- Manage the relationship with clients, relating necessary information to VP of Marketing to maintain customer satisfaction,
- Respond promptly to all inquiries and visits with clients as necessary to present information regarding PLF services. Prioritize work assignments and follow up responses to clients inquires and proposals,
- Represents PLF at assigned trade shows, exhibits, conferences and client lunch and learn presentations, the Owen Sound Attack Hockey box as well as community events etc) . Identifies and communicates business opportunities and competitive trends. Executes defined market strategies and management determined regional business initiatives, as assigned,
- Maintain sales databases and reporting requirements as well as provide periodic written reports on calls, customer contact, proposals, quotes, expenses, travel,
- Flexible in schedule and time management,
- Offer support to the VP of Marketing as needed
- Previous pharmaceutical sales experience would be an asset.
