At Pace Law Firm: Toronto Personal Injury Lawyer Firm we know that the legal system relies on the brightest legal minds, bringing ideas that will improve the quality of justice and justice delivery. Fresh thinking is essential to inclusive and tolerant laws, and the evolution of a world class system of personal injury laws. It is our aim with the annual Pace Law Firm Scholarship to encourage the next generation of leaders and thinkers.
We have been strong proponents that justice must be available to everyone, not just to those who can pay for it. The same is true for legal education. Financial status is not a determinant of intellectual ability. For that reason we are awarding one student $1000 for bringing a fresh perspective to the problems personal injury law firms face today. Our hope: one day these students will go on to make a real and tangible difference in the lives of others and shape the future of society.
The Pace Law Firm Scholarship will be awarded on the basis of merit, aptitude and an appreciation for how laws interact with real world scenarios. Reading law at university and understanding a practical application are equally important, but different disciplines. Still in their early stages of education, we are looking for students who are showing promise on both these fronts.
The scholarship is open to students enrolled in any law program or post secondary legal program beginning Fall 2017 or later. The application will be judged for their academic excellence, initiative, real world impact and the ability to express ideas.
Applications are to be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org.
