Emilio is passionate about Human Rights, Organizational Strategy, Human Resources, Innovation, Law, and Technology.

Throughout his career, he has designed and developed several tech startups to serve clients’ needs in North, Central, and South America. Additionally, Emilio has been a part of initiatives to advance sustainable investing (ESG) in the Americas with governmental bodies, educational institutions, for-profit businesses, and non-profit groups. Helping others is his mandate and mantra.

He has advised companies regarding their Organizational Strategy using innovative, cost-effective business models and human-centred designs that positively impact profitability. His Management Consultancy has also allowed him to place over 400+ C-suite executives in the Americas.

Emilio is the Director of Corporate Strategy at Pace Law Firm, with 40+ years in the Canadian market. He is also the Managing Partner at Goya & Associates Ltd., a Management Consultancy with 33+ years of providing strategy services in the Americas – a Global Affairs Canada (GAC) international partner. Additionally, Emilio is the CEO and Founder of Erecruitment, a software corporation part of Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada (ISED).

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, a Global Professional Master of Laws concentration in Innovation, Law and Technology from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law and a Global Executive MBA from TRIUM, an alliance from three world-leading business schools, the New York University Stern School of Business, the London School of Economics and Political Science, and the HEC Paris School of Management.
