In 2003, Phil graduated from a double major at York University with an Honours BA with Distinction and went on to earn his law degree from the University of Ottawa in 2006.
Phil was called to the Ontario Bar in 2007. Phil's areas of expertise include: motor vehicle accidents (Tort and Statutory Accident Benefits), occupiers’ liability disputes (slip and falls), Canada Pension Plan Disability Benefits and long term disability cases. He regularly appears before the Superior Court of Justice, Ontario Court of Appeal, FSCO, and Canada Pension Plan/Old Age Security Review Tribunal.
