Milva is a Licensed Paralegal and a Member of the Law Society of Upper Canada.
Milva Prestia graduated from York University, Toronto in 1995 where she earned a Bachelor of Arts with a major in Linguistics and a minor in Italian. She continued post graduate studies at Seneca College, where she graduated with Honours in the Regulatory Law Administration Program in 1997.
After graduation, Milva began her legal career working as a Paralegal and Law Clerk specializing in Accident Benefits and Litigation, and as a General Manager with a Paralegal Group.
Milva joined Pace Law Firm in January 2006, and takes an active role dealing with clients and insurance providers.
