Mr. Clark has been a Barrister and Solicitor since 1986, beginning in the Province of Nova Scotia and continuing in 1990 in the Province of Prince Edward Island, Canada.
Mr. Clark graduated in 1982 with a B.A. from the University of Prince Edward Island, Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island and a M.A. (Econ) from Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia. In 1985, Mr. Clark obtained an LL.B. from Dalhousie University Law School, Halifax, Nova Scotia.
Since 2003, Mr. Clark has acted as legal counsel for a PNP Investment Intermediary where he assisted hundreds of immigrant investors who obtained Nomination Certificates and thereafter had a 98% success rate being granted Permanent Residency to Canada.
Mr. Clark has been a member of various professional organizations over the years, including the Atlantic Canada Trial Lawyers Association, Collaborative P.E. I., Associate Member of the Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants (CAPIC), and the Canadian Bar Association. He is a Member of the National Citizenship and Immigration Section, Executive Committee , of the Canadian Bar Association.
