Geoffrey is a Licensed Paralegal and Accident Benefit Specialist.
As a former AB & BI Claims Adjuster at two of the larger insurance companies in Canada, Geoffrey brings a wealth of experience to Pace Law Firm. He began his career in 1996 as a part of the Dispute Resolution Group at FSCO and joined Pace Law Firm in May 2010 as a Senior Paralegal .
With 14 years experience in the industry, Geoffrey's expertise and skill is in the meticulous preparation of catastrophic impairment cases which allows lawyers to obtain full policy benefits through private mediation on both AB and Tort cases.
Geoffrey's positive approach to each case, diligent research and well prepared files have allowed him and his team to obtain successful and rightful settlements for clients.
At Pace Law Firm, his practice will focus on motor vehicle accident claims and in-house training.
Geoffrey continues to stay abreast of legal issues and processes by regular review of new personal injury case law and changes in accident benefit legislation.
Geoffrey is a Member of the Law Society of Upper Canada.
